Description..

Datasheet: SHARK® COMBI-TU

The METAL SHARK® COMBI-TU is a metal detection system based on the latest technologies. It is used for inspection of:

  • transformer boards
  • paper boards
  • textiles

The metal detector is constructed as a multi-segment sensor, with sensor plates underneath and above boards to be inspected. The total detection zone of the detector is thus divided into several single zones, each of them about 365 mm wide. The sensor is available for various paperboard widths, such as 1,000 – 5,000 mm. The net aperture height is 28 mm. The paperboards shall move through without touching the sensors. Maximum transformer board thickness is recommended to be 8 mm, with a maximum board bending of 20 mm between the lowest and highest.

Available digital controllers: METAL SHARK® 2A

For the production of the finest butter, C. van ‘t Riet dairy technologie delivers all kind of butter churns, like the vertical butter churn. This churner is suitable for pasteurizing and churning milk or cream and for kneading butter. The churning capacity for milk is 50% of the overall volume of the kettle, while for cream it is 40%. The vertical butter churn is made of stainless steel and consists of a frame, inside which is mounted a triple-walled churning kettle provided with an insulated outer wall. For the purpose of indirect cooling or heating, cold or hot water can be circulated inside the jacket; alternatively heating elements can be used. The stirrer is driven by means off a motor reductor and controlled by a frequency convertor mounted inside a stainless steel control panel. The speed is continuously adjustable from 0 to 120/140 rpm.

The process of butter making starts with the right butter churn. For the production of the finest butter, C. van ‘t Riet dairy technologie delivers different butter churns, like the rotory butter churn. The rotory butter churn converts cream into butter for larger production capacities;  we supply rotor churns with volumes up to 1200 litres. The machine churns 50% of the capacity and unlike the vertical churn, the rotor butter churn can not pasteurize. The rotory butter churn is made of steenless steel and has a glass peephole. Hereby our customers can keep track of the process.
