The fermentation vessel is ideal for fermenting milk in a low-spore environment to prepare yoghurt. Throughout the fermentation process it is important to have complete control over parameters such as pH, temperature and growth conditions in order to achieve the desired effect. The fermentation vessel consists a triple-walled, insulated, stainless-steel vat, with an overhead electrical stirring machine and a thermostat controller. The water in the triple walled machine can be heated electrically, with steam or with the central heating system.

 

The milk storage tank is ideal for cooling and holding milk at a cold temperature until it's futher processed. The machine is made of stainless steel and used to store the raw milk in good condition. The milk storage tank is specifically selected based on the needs and requirements of each individual customer. It is possible to integrate the tank by customizing the piping of the entire production line.

 

The CIP cleaning system is a system designed for automatic cleaning and disinfecting of machines in the food industry without major disassembly and assembly work. The pipelines are cleaned automaticly in several steps with various cleansers like lay, acid rinse water and disinfectant. The CIP cleaning system heats the cleansers after which it is rapidly pumped through the pipelines under high pressure. The machine monitors the concentration level of the cleansers.

 

The milk collection centre is designed for farmers to transport their raw milk to be cooled in a bulk tank. First, the milk collection centre strains the milk into the tank to remove impurities. From te tank, the collection centre pumps the milk through a filter to the cooling tank. The cooler has an agitator to speed the cooling and prevent the development of a cream layer.

 

The pneumatic cheese press, which is very easy to operate, is used to press the whey from the curd. To do this, the press is equipped witch a number of pneumatic cylinders. The capacity of the press is determined by the number of cylinders installed. The cylinders are fitted with a single or double pressing stamp. The machine can be operated independently and are shielded by a stainless steel cover. The operating devices are built into the cover. The frame of the press is made from a stainless steel box profile. The pneumatic cheese press is mounted on supports that are adjustable in height and it is provided with a stainless steel collecting plate with outlet for the whey. If required, an air compressor can be supplied with the machine.
