High Speed, High Accuracy Versatile Front & Back Bottle Labelling Machine
The Premier P250 is a fully automatic front and/or back, and/or wraparound labelling machine, that is designed to handle a wide range of self-adhesive labelling applications.
Our P250 machines come with Label Centralisation Technology (LCT) as standard, which allows for high-speed reliability and repeatability, with an application tolerance of ±0.5mm.
LCT actively calculates the centre point of each container that passes the product sensor, then feeds each label at the appropriate moment to ensure each product is labelled centrally.
The P250 is a modular design that can be specified to suit the requirements of any product. The machine can be supplied with any pharmaceutical specification optional extras, including: rejection systems, mounted data printing machines, IQ/OQ validation, auto-switching capabilities, and Process Optimisation Technology.
Process Optimisation Technology (POT) includes software upgrades and digital setting dials/scales for highly accurate turn-handle positioning. This then guarantees extremely fast changeover times for contract packers, with the ability to accurately recall settings, and requires no engineering knowledge to use.

The P150 is a modular design that can be specified to suit the requirements of any product. The machine can be also be supplied with mounted data printing machines.
Built for heavy use on dedicated lines, the P150 is excellent at withstanding environments that use harsh chemicals and pharmaceutical clean rooms.
The Premier P150 is a fully automatic front, back and/or wraparound labelling machine that is designed to handle a wide range of self-adhesive labelling applications. The P150 is ideal economic solution suited to flat sided containers and/or round bottles.
