 The pallet de-stacker is integrated into the inlet conveyor system of the washing machine. Upon receiving an impulse from the control system, the de-stacker feeds a single palette onto the conveyor of the washing machine and into the washing machine. For crate washing, the setting of the machine must by push button be changed from “pallet washing” to “crate washing”, thereby switching off the de-stacker and stacker as well as the conveyor belt for the pallets and switching on the conveyor belt for the crates. The air blaster is switched off but can manually be switched on during the function (crate washing”. The crates must be manually and individually placed onto the inlet conveyor lengthways and upside down.

The washing machine is divided into three zones. In the main wash zone the pallets/crates are cleaned with circulating water which is constantly filtered by an elaborate filtration system and invariably kept at the desired temperature by the installed tank heater. In the rinsing zone the pallets/crates are rinsed with clean fresh water that is subsequently conducted into the tank of the main wash zone to be re-used. This procedure achieves superb wash results while minimizing water, energy and chemical consumption.

An optimal cleaning is ensured by the installed clip-eyelet flat nozzles and the transportation of the pallets/crates through the unit at even distances. The pallets and crates are finally blasted with cold air from all sides, removing the majority of residual water.

The pallet stacker is integrated into the outlet conveyor system of the washing machine. Upon receiving an impulse from the control system, the stacker takes a single palette from the conveyor of the washing machine and stacks it. During the setting “crate washing”, the crates must be manually taken off the conveyor.
